This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal information you may have provided and thereby cannot be related to any particular person. The data is used for statistical purposes only to improve web application operation, security and optimisation. We reserve the right to check server logs in case of justified suspicion of illegitimate use of our services.

Web Analysis using Google-Analytics with Anonymization

In our web application we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google", to identify optimisation potential and to adapt our services to the web browsers and devices used to access the web application. Google Analytics employs so-called "cookies", tiny text files that are stored on your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of the web application. The information generated by these cookies, such as time, place and frequency of your visits to our web application, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google’s location in the US and stored there. We solely utilise Google Analytics with activated "anonymizeIp" option. In doing so, Google abbreviates and thereby anonymizes your IP address before transmitting it from member states of the European Union or signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Google uses this information collected by Google Analytics on behalf of the provider of this web application to compile reports on internet activity and to provide us other services relating to website and internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process this data on Google’s behalf. Google states that it will never associate your IP address with other data held by Google.
By adjusting your web browser settings you can prevent cookies from being stored. You should however be aware that by doing so you may not be able to make full use of all the functions of our website. Further information concerning the terms and conditions of use and data privacy can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/gb.html or at https://www.google.de/intl/en_uk/policies/.
If you want to take control over what data Google collects on visited websites you may consider installing a web browser add-on provided by Google. Additional information and a download option can be found under https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en-GB.
Alternatively, you can elect to enable "Do-Not-Track" (DNT) in your web browser to ask websites to generally not track you. We respect your choice and will abstain from using Google Analytics altogether.
